Story

Every Sunday growing up, Nataliya's mom made fresh crepes for the family. The smell of butter, warm batter on the pan, and everyone gathering around the table became some of her favorite childhood memories. Those mornings weren't just about breakfast — they were about family, laughter, and creating memories together.

Years later, after moving to the United States, Nataliya missed those moments and the authentic European-style crepes she grew up with. It wasn't just the taste she missed — it was the feeling of home.

Then, during a family trip, Nataliya and her husband Jesse visited a small crepe shop that brought all those memories rushing back. On the drive home, they couldn't stop talking about one simple idea:

"Why doesn't Central Oregon have a place like this?"

Neither of them had restaurant experience. What they did have was determination, a passion for great food, and a dream of building something their family could be proud of.

Together with their three children, they started Crepe Oh! Holics from the ground up — spending countless late nights perfecting recipes, learning every part of the business, and serving fresh sweet and savory crepes from their Downtown Bend location, farmers markets, festivals, and community events across Oregon.

One of those events brought them to Bend for WinterFest. What started as just another event quickly became something much bigger. They fell in love with the welcoming community, the beautiful outdoors, and the incredible support for local businesses. They left knowing one thing:

"This is where we want to build our future."

So they packed up their lives, took a leap of faith, and made Bend their home.

Today, Crepe Oh! Holics proudly serves the Bend community from its permanent Downtown Bend location while continuing to bring fresh-made crepes to festivals and special events throughout the region.

Every crepe is made fresh to order using quality ingredients and the same care that inspired those Sunday mornings so many years ago. Whether you're joining us for breakfast, lunch, dessert, or one of our famous fresh-squeezed lemonades — our goal is simple: to serve delicious food and create moments worth remembering.
